My facility is operated under the stringent regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am licensed to care for children from ages 3 months to 5 years old and I am committed to providing a nurturing environment for the children in my care.

I have more than 18 years of experience in early childhood environment, I have two full-time assistants working with me, and I have expertise in the following:

• Managed a class of 20 preschoolers.
• Planned and implemented a weekly curriculum.
• Assist children using several developmental tools.
• Provided individualization to meet children needs according to assessment working with children with diverse special needs.
• Planned and implemented field trips programs.
• Mentored other preschool teachers.

My professional early childhood career concentrated in assessing each child's needs and working with them to develop their abilities to reach their full potential. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development and throughout my career I have continually attended enrichment classes and workshops to provide me with new ideas and perspectives on children developments.

In addition to my educational credentials and expertise , I am also certified in infant, children and adult CPR as well as first aid. The safety, health and welfare of children in my care are my foremost priority. As a parent myself, I understand other parent's concern and their diligence in finding a safe and caring environment to entrust their child.
